Break down a real customer document on camera. Use the green screen format, with you talking to camera and an anonymised example behind you, then ask viewers to DM you theirs.
Pick something your customers actually send you. A payslip, an invoice, a quote, a statement. Blur out anything that could identify whose it is, put it up behind you, and open with “Let’s break this down together today.” Then walk through it line by line.
It works because it’s concrete. You’re showing your expertise in action, so nobody has to take your word for it. And anyone watching with a similar one at home will start wondering what you would spot in it.
Finish every video by inviting people to DM you theirs so you can break it down too. That turns passive viewers into conversations, and conversations are where the leads come from. It also gives you an endless supply of content, because every DM you get is your next episode.
