Can you find B2B customers on Meta ads?
Asked by a B2B founder · Answered by Nathan Frater ·
The short answer
Almost always, yes. Across hundreds of brands I've worked with, only a handful genuinely couldn't find customers cost-effectively on Meta and Google. When it isn't working, the funnel and the message are nearly always the problem.
There’s no data-backed reason why you shouldn’t be able to find and acquire customers cost-effectively through Meta and Google Ads. The challenge is always the funnel and finding the customers.
And Meta is now the least technical it’s ever been to market through. You don’t need to be a targeting wizard. Start with what you already have: upload your existing list of target buyers as an audience, so your ads go in front of the businesses you already know you want.
For creative, put the founder on camera and get customers filming selfie videos about working with you. Then send people to a low-friction offer, something that’s easy to say yes to.
If it still isn’t working, look hard at your creative before you blame the platform or retreat to traditional media.
